Avenue 32 project in Shymkent
MAURER technology is based on the installation of spherical sliding isolators in the building's foundation. These devices redistribute seismic energy and reduce deformation of load-bearing elements.
Avenue 32 is a residential complex with two towers, 23 and 26 stories high. It includes commercial space and underground parking. It is the tallest residential building in Shymkent. Installation of each insulation element takes two to four hours and is carried out under the supervision of MAURER engineers.
